The twelfth edition of the Film Festival dedicated to the Middle East, Central Asia and North Africa region ran from the 14th to the 30th of January in Sofia.
On the 22nd of January, in Sofia Hotel Balkan, a celebration was organized by the Greek Business Council in Bulgaria (HBCB) on the occasion of the new 2020 year and the 15th anniversary of the organization.
By decree of the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda, nine Bulgarian intellectuals were awarded the highest state honour of the country - the Golden Cross of Merit.
His words: "The Whole of Asia is in my Heart" are inscribed on the plaque.
The Editor-in-Chief of the Diplomatic Spectrum Magazine, Ms. Ekaterina Pavlova, received a Certificate of Honour from the Government of the Republic of Moldova.
