How good it is to be 20 years old! You look around at the world and the world looks around at you. With a smile, because you know - the best is yet to come!
On November 11, the largest chain of dental clinics in our country - EO DENT, celebrated its 20th birthday together with its patients, colleagues, partners and friends. This happened through the charity concert "20 Years with a Smile" in Hall 1 of the National Palace of Culture.
For 20 years, the founders and directors of the chain - Dr. Veneta Pavlova and Dr. Valentin Pavlov, with their team conquered many peaks, overcame many difficulties, and gave health to many, thousands of patients. And they did all this with a Smile, in the name of a Smile. They became the largest chain of dental clinics in Bulgaria with their 10 specialized clinics in Sofia and Pernik, 2 mobile dental offices and a team of over 450 leading professionals in various fields of dental medicine. They achieved impressive expertise, using high technology in a modern interior, and were internationally certified! And one more thing - from the first moment of its existence until today, EO Dent clinics have supported and still support a number of charitable initiatives.
The concert on the occasion of their birthday "20 years with Smile" was dedicated to a new socially important cause:
Let's make blind champions smile!
What it is about? The sport for the blind - goalball, is extremely popular in Bulgaria. But in our country there is no sports hall providing suitable conditions for practicing it. The EO Dent team and like-minded people set out to change that. How? At the concert, the team presented their first book - "The Smile", edited by Georgi Toshev, which can soon be found in the bookstores. All funds from its sales that evening, and later, will be donated for the construction of a specialized sports hall for goalball, where the blind will have the opportunity for motor and social rehabilitation. They will be able to develop their skills and prepare for success in the upcoming national and international championships!
A number of beloved Bulgarian performers and actors, whose radiant smile on stage was taken care of by EO Dent clinics, took part in the concert in support of this cause. And the big surprise in it was the performance of the Graovo horo by the EO Dent team, led personally by Dr. Veneta Pavlova and Dr. Valentin Pavlov!
Well, it can already be said - they are the best dancers among the dentists and the best dentists among the dancers!
At the end of the evening, there was another surprise. EO Dent clinics received three special awards from the World Confederation of Business. Its director of quality and corporate social responsibility - Eng. Daniel Javier, who arrived in Sofia especially for the 20th anniversary, personally handed them to Dr. Veneta Pavlova and Dr. Valentin Pavlov.
It all ended with fireworks. The entire team of EO Dent Clinics took the stage and sang, together with Mary Boys Band, their anthem dedicated to dreams, smiles and kindness - "Keep on dreaming!"
