On the 7^th of June, in Sense Hotel Sofia, Morocco was presented as a tourist destination. The event was organized by the Welcome Travel Company under the auspices of the Moroccan Embassy.

Among the guests were H. E. Mr. Alberto Alfredo Manuel Trueba, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Argentina, and his wife Mrs. Carina Tomassini, representatives of the Embassies of Sudan, Azerbaijan and Indonesia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria, leading tour operators and journalists. For the sixth consecutive year, Welcome Travel organizes such an event, this time under the motto "Morocco - from the Mysticism of the Desert to the Magic of the Imperial Cities".

H. E. Mrs. Zakia El Midaoui, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Morocco in Bulgaria, welcomed the guests, presented her country and invited the guests to discover its beauty: "The Kingdom of Morocco is a model of dialogue and openness to other civilizations and cultural diversity, in which stability, tolerance, respect and love for the other reign...

Morocco has rich culinary art and architecture inherited from various dynasties and they are all part of the landmarks of the country, not to forget the extraordinary life in the medinas of the various imperial cities and the variety of crafts.

Our country has other advantages as well such as political stability, high quality airport, road and hotel infrastructure, restaurants and numerous carriers in all categories, as well as diverse and innovative tourist products.

At the end of the event, the guests enjoyed the famous Moroccan tea and pastries.
