From the 13th until the 18th of October 2015 in the peninsula was held the second International Assembly for young journalists.

The topic of "Crimea, the look from the outside" gathered 60 young people, from 20 different countries, that have chosen to eventuate within this difficult profession. For five days they had the opportunity to discuss current issues, to explore Crimea, its history, culture and attractions and to meet its inhabitants.
The event was organized by the Russian organization Mediacongress - association uniting journalists from Europe and Asia. The aim of the event was to exchange experiences between Russian journalists and their young colleagues from abroad; to get to know the Crimean Peninsula and the people that live there.
There was a conference in which debates were held on topics such as: "Crimea - Myths and Realities," "The referendum on the Crimean peninsula and its legitimacy," "Tourism- fall and opportunities for development in the future," "Sanctions and their effect." The media event was attended by Vladimir Konstantinov - Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea and Ashot Dzhazoyan - Chairman of Mediacongress and Secretary of the Union of Journalists of Russia. Opening remarks were given by Mikhail Baharev – editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Crimean Truth." Presenters were Andrey Trofimov - Chairman of the Union of Journalists of Crimea and Sergey Gorbachov - Chairman of the Union of Journalists of Sevastopol. There was also a meeting with the governor of Sevastopol - Sergey Menyaylo.
At the end of the saturated and filled with impressions International Assembly program for young journalists, every participant left with unforgettable memories and with their own view on Crimea and the events associated with it.
