Dear friends,

It is my privilege today to host you at the Egyptian Residence.

Today we are gathered to celebrate the National Day of Egypt. That Day commemorates the 69th anniversary of the 23 rd of July 1952 Revolution, and it marks the beginning of the road to establish the new Republic.

Today also coincides with the most important Muslim celebration of Eid Al-Adha.

It’s important that we gather today in-person to celebrate together, and to announce through this occasion, and similar one, that we are on the right road to defeat COVID-19 pandemic.

Despite the limitations and the precautionary safety measures, we have managed to continue to develop our relations with the Republic of Bulgaria, we will continue to do more."

The guests were invited to enjoy the friendly ambiance in the Residence while trying different special Egyptian dishes. The guests, many of whom were seen here for the first time since the start of the pandemic, are indulged in lively conversations and discussions.
