National Day Message by H. E. Mr. Christoph Eichhorn, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Republic of Bulgaria

Dear friends of the German Embassy,

The Day of German Unity, the 3rd of October, is a special day of joy.

Joy about the reunification of our country, and joy about overcoming the borders in Europe.

And it is a day of reassurance about our values: Unity and Justice and Freedom.

A united Germany and a united Europe belong together.

We celebrate this with our friends in Bulgaria - gratefully and happily.
