The exhibition was held from September 28 to October 1, 2023 at the Pins Maritimes Exhibition Center in the capital of Algeria. 250 exhibitors participated, including 30 from abroad.
This event is the largest of this kind in North Africa in terms of the number and diversity of participants, it aims to promote Algeria as a tourist destination as well as to create relations between local and foreign operators in the sector. It was launched personally by Prime Minister Mr. Aïmene Benabderrahmane in the presence of the Minister of Tourism and Crafts Mr. Mokhtar Didouche and other official persons. Among the members of the Bulgarian delegation at the forum was Ms. Aneta Peni, publisher of Diplomatic Spectrum. She was invited by the Director of the National Board of Tourism of Algeria - Mrs. Naima Hadjam.
The elegant gala dinner given by the organizers of the exhibition at the iconic El Djazair Hotel was attended by the Minister of Tourism and Crafts, Mr. Mokhtar Didouche and officials from his ministry, ambassadors and foreign guests. In addition to the wonderful Algerian cuisine, they all enjoyed the wonderful performance of traditional music by famous Algerian musicians.
The following day, the international delegation was invited to a three-day press trip in the interior of the country and the desert, where they visited interesting tourist sites.
