On the 4 October at the National Gallery The Palace in Sofia the second edition of the International Biennial of Glass was opened.

The event is under the auspices of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rumen Radev and is held in several cities of Bulgaria and will continue till 4^th December 2019.

Under the title "Together" artists from 37 countries are united by the magic of glass. This is the largest and most professionally oriented event in Bulgaria devoted exclusively to glass art. Its mission focuses on supporting the continuity between generations, allowing emerging artists alongside internationally established authors such as Lino Tagliapietra (Italy), Marvin Lipofsky (USA), Jiří Šuhájek (Czech Republic) and Václav Cigler (Czech Republic).
