Official holiday. On the day of the resurrection all Christians open their hearts to one-another with the hope for being happy and blessed.

Easter is celebrated for three days which are full of joy: the family gathers together, friends great each-other. Red Easter eggs are painted for everybody in the family and for giving out. The woman of the house places the first red-painted egg on the icon-stand, the second one is for the ritual Easter bread, and with the third one she makes the sign of the cross on the children’s foreheads and buries it in the field or in the vineyard.
