Receptions

On the 3rd of May 1791, the first modern written constitution was adopted in Europe and the second in the world - the Polish one.

On the 27th of March, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria organized a reception on the occasion of the International Francophonie Day in the Grand Hotel Sofia. Traditionally, the event is held annually around the 20th of March.

On March 23, H. E. Mr. A. S. Babar Hashmi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Republic of Bulgaria, gave a reception on the occasion of the National Day of his Country in Sofia Hotel Balkan.

On the 22nd of March, H. E. Mr. Grigorios Vassiloconstantakis, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Greece to the Republic of Bulgaria, and his wife, gave a reception on the occasion of the national holiday of the country in the Sofia Hotel Balkan.

On the 17th of March, the Irish everywhere in the world celebrate. The day of St. Patrick, considered the patron of their country, is their national holiday.

On the 15th of March, Hungary celebrated the 170th anniversary of the outbreak of the Revolution and the struggle for freedom from 1848-1849. This is one of the most significant events in the new history of the country and of Europe.
